WHO AM I?

HELLO EVERYONE!

Welcome to my blog for CP5070 Chemical Product Design & Development👻 I am Hannah from DCHE 2B04, and this is where I will be documenting my journey throughout this module! I hope to work well with my teammates and learn lots of new things as I embark on this new journey😋

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME:

Whenever I learn something new, I won't stop until I have almost perfected it! I can be a little hesitant to pitch in my own ideas to solve a problem, but I have learned that I just need to be more confident! 😖
Hence, I hope that the skills I will acquire can help me greatly in my FYP and Capstone projects!😎

WHAT I HOPE TO LEARN:

1. Master Laser Cutting and Arduino Programming💪
"Laser cutting" was intimidating to me when I first saw it as I thought that it would be difficult to learn. However, I know that there are resources available for me to learn and hone this skill. As it is something that I will be doing frequently this semester, I hope to familiarise myself with it so that I can do it flawlessly without being scared in time to come! Of course, it will not be easy but I won't let that stop me😁
Personally, I am not a very technical person, and I dislike anything that is related to computers and software😓I hope that I will not be discouraged by the word "programming" and have an open mind to learning it😌I trust that with time, I will be able to appreciate it and find that it is very useful! I hope to get better at it such that I can look at it again without feeling scared (lol), and I can put it to good use in my projects💆

2. Creating a useful and user-friendly chemical device🙊
Brainstorming for a chemical device was NOT easy, as I have experienced last semester😭 However, with the theory that I have learned last semester, I know the different components a chemical device should have, and the different criteria it should meet as well. I hope to create a chemical device that is easy to function and is able to solve the more common problems we humans face in our daily lives😊As I have gained a decent amount of experience using cardboard in ICPD, I trust that I will be able to use this to help me make an even better prototype, paired with the new skills I will learn in CPDD.

THAT'S ALL FOR NOW...
I hope you guys can watch me grow in this new journey and learn new skills I will learn along the way! I am looking forward to this fulfilling experience in CPDD😀And by the end of the semester, I will have many abilities I can use in my future projects😋
